- Enhancing our projects and offerings: we use your personal information to evolve our projects and services in line with the needs and preferences of our clientele, in order to guide the design and positioning of our future developments;
- Communicating with you: we may use your personal information to contact you regarding the progress of a project, important updates, event invitations (launches, open houses, presentations), pre-sale or pre-leasing opportunities, or promotional offers related to our projects. You may opt out of these communications at any time;
- Managing the client relationship: we use your personal information within our customer relationship management (CRM) tools to ensure consistent follow-up of your interactions with our sales and leasing teams;
- Meeting our legal obligations: we may be required to disclose your personal information if required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

- Capital Square is legally required to retain the information in question;
